#220 - Going Back To the Beginning

Looking back at where you've been is an excellent way to recalibrate when the pace of life feels like it's getting ahead of you. It's no secret, I have a lot of things I'm working on at any given moment. A friend recently pointed out to me that it looked from the outside, I had lost my connection to why I had started all of this in the first place. Hearing that was uncomfortable, but necessary for me to really reflect on as I shift my focus. Have my priorities changed? Or do I need to reconnect to my why so I can reorganize my life in a way that allows room for more of me? Is 2022 Bev really so different from 2017 Bev?

Travel back in time with me to my first podcast interview ever with Theresa Loe of the Living Homegrown Podcast, and reflect with me on where I started, and how it relates to where I'm going.
